Delayed Items

  • UnCommon Lamps is not responsible for delays in shipment once the item is out for delivery. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or compensation for delays in shipping.

Damaged Items

  • In the event that your item arrives damaged, please provide us with photographic evidence of the damage within 14 days of receiving the item. Upon receipt and verification of the evidence, we will discuss potential solutions with you.

Defective Items

  • If you believe your item is defective, please send us photographic proof of the defect within 14 days of receiving the item. We will assess the defect and, if confirmed, discuss available solutions with you.

General Returns
